The Library Program
The Bee Cause Project believes that YOU can #BeeTheChange in your community! We realize that we can expand the reach of pollinator education through local libraries, because #LibrariesNeedBeesToo. Through this grant, we want to support libraries to make small changes to improve pollinator habitats and promote even bigger changes in their community while supporting pollinator literacy. This program is meant to provide the tools that libraries need (1) to create an indoor pollinator-focused learning area, (2) to install pollinator-friendly habitat boosters on campus, and (3) to collaborate with local volunteers to deliver bee-themed activity kits to children and families. Collectively, these steps will increase awareness for the plight of pollinators and inspire students and families to become environmental stewards.
Help us bring awareness to pollinator education by sharing your unboxing and pollinator-themed outreach by tagging us on Facebook and Instagram @thebeecause. Let’s make sure everyone in your community knows how they can #BeetheChange – spread the message!

The photos below are from an amazing event conducted by Wake County Public Library in North Carolina. Families came to the library to plant native seeds and plants to make the campus more pollinator-friendly. We have tons of ideas for you, please contact us at email@example.com for assistance.
